A Sicilian red made with natural yeasts, this wine is not fined or filtered. Made from all organically grown grapes, 94% of which are Nerello Mascalese, with Nerello Cappucio comprising the final 6%. The winemaker, Giuseppe, is a true family man. Being native to the area, he started the vineyard in 2005 in honour of his father Girolamo, and to this day still works the vineyards and vinifies the wines himself.
