This varietal wine with a shiny golden yellow colour is very aromatic, revealing flavours of violet. This wine is excellent as an apertif, at a serving temperature of about 12-14 degrees (Celsius). 

Half fermented in stainless steel, half in barrique (no new oak). Aged for 12 months in stainless steel. Vineyards are located on the border of the Condrieu appellation
