Denis Bachelet is a young man with passion. From this tiny, 3 ha family estate, he is crafting concentrated, harmonious, pure, individualistic wines. He is a perfectionist, starting in the vineyard where organic principles and low yields are essential, then moving to the cellar where he employs destemming and cold maceration with judicious use of oak.
