Jean-Christophe Bott is the beneficiary of a family tradition dating back to 1695, when Jean-Martin Geyl ploughed his land and started producing wine. Jean-Christophe has been in charge of the Domaine since 1993. He manages both the vineyard and vinification in a traditional and natural way.
Complex aromas of banana, ginger, butter, almond, orange and a restrained aroma of the flower bed. The flavour is focused and inviting, fruit packed, harmonious and with a touch of bitterness paired with a salinity one rarely finds in a Gewurztraminer.
