From the Veneto wine region, Castelforte 2016 is a full-bodied Ripasso method Valpolicella produced from the traditional Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella wine grapes. Bright and lush with red berry compote, cherry, sweet spice and savoury smooth finishing long on the palate. Nicely done. Pair with a roast leg of lamb.
