Chateau Hermitage St Martin
Born in January 1978, Guillaume Enzo Fayard is the third son of Brigitte and Jean Pierre Fayard. In 1977, the Fayard family became the owner of domaine de la source sainte marguerite, a cru class from the ctes de provence in la londe les maures on the french riviera and definitively settled there in 1978. Enzo was raised in a family surrounded by wine and gastronomy ,which has fueled his interest for viticulture. Through the years, he invest himself more and more in the vineyard and cellar work. During harvest time he learned very quickly the winemaking process and showed a lot of creativity. In 1998, enzo graduated from the school of viticulture and enology of hyeres. The following year he bought the vines of saint martin la toche from the countess de Vernay and harvested his very first vintage of the chteau Hermitage saint martin. Enzo has fully invested himself in the vineyard and in the developpement and constant improvement of his winemaking methods. This determination and hard work led to the winning the bronze medal for all his wines during the 2002 brignoles wine festival.
