Rasteau is the latest southern Rhone village to have been awarded its own 'Appellation' such was the quality coming out of this area. Domaine Grands Bois has long been considered one of the best producers there and as with their Cairanne above, this wine punches well above it's weight as far as the price / quality ratio goes.
