A very new and exciting Champagne house.
After studying chemistry at Paris XI and afterreceiving a diploma in oenology in 1993, Nathalie Falmet took over the family vineyard and became a grape grower in ROUVRES LES VIGNES in the COTE DES BAR. One of the few women in Champagne to hold the titles of grape grower and oenologist simultaneously.

Nathalie controls all aspects of the Champagne making: from growing the vines, picking the best, creating the Champagne and marketing the bottles.
She is an amazing winemaker and managed to impress Robert Parker himself, in one tasting only.
Her wines were all marked above 90.
